Applicants seeking enrollment to the Practical Nursing Program must meet the following requirements:
 
An accumulative TEAS score of 55% (with a minimum of 55% in reading ). TEAS test must be taken at the school.
Proof of High School Diploma
Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen (additional cost)
Proof of Legal Residency
Medical Exam Immunizations: TB skin test or Chest X-ray, MMR or positive titer, Varicella or positive titer Flu Vaccine
Liability insurance
2 Letters of reference
