Applicants seeking enrollment to the Practical Nursing Program must meet the following requirements:

• An accumulative TEAS score of 55% (with a minimum of 55% in reading ). 

• Proof of High School Diploma

• Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen (additional cost)

• Proof of Legal Residency

• Medical Exam Immunizations: TB skin test or Chest X-ray, MMR or positive titer, Varicella or positive titer Flu Vaccine

• Liability insurance

• 2 Letters of reference
