Applicants seeking enrollment to the Associate Degree in Nursing Program must meet the following requirements:
Accumulative TEAS score of 55% (With a minimum of 55% in reading)
Official College Transcript Demonstrating completion of required pre-requisite classes:
General Education (30.0 credit hours) Credit hours in parentheses indicate the required number of credit hours in each discipline.
- Behavioral Science (6.0 credit hours)
- Example: Life Span Development, Introduction to Psychology, and/or Sociology.
- Fundamentals of Speech (3), -or- Nutrition (3)
- English (3.0 Credit Hours) English Composition I 3.0 credit hours
- Humanities/Fine Arts (3.0 credit hours)
- Example: American Literature OR English Literature, American History, or Art.
- Mathematics: Intermediate Algebra -or- College Algebra
- Natural Science with Lab (12.0 credit hours)
- Human Anatomy & Physiology I 4.0 credit hours
- Human Anatomy & Physiology II 4.0 credit hours
- Microbiology I 4.0 credit hours

- Proof of Legal Residency
- College GPA of 2.0 or better (unopened official transcript) E-transcripts accepted. No e-transcripts allowed.
- Acceptable Entrance Exam Score
- Immunizations: TB skin test or Chest X-ray, MMR or positive titer, Varicella or positive titer
- Flu Vaccine
- Liability insurance
- 2 Letters of reference
